Neale has over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, most recently as a Business Development Manager, where he partnered with financial advisers to help grow and strengthen their businesses. Driven by a genuine passion for helping people, he enjoys providing clients — from families to professionals and small business owners — with clear, practical financial advice they can trust.

Neale holds a Graduate Diploma in Personal Risk Management from Massey University and a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in Life and Health. Together with his wife, Melissa, they established Onewa Financial Services to provide straightforward, personalised life and health insurance advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Melissa brings a practical, family-first approach to the business, supported by a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Massey University and experience across tourism marketing, financial services, the public sector, and early childhood education.

Together, Neale and Melissa have four children and are proud to be part of the Birkenhead and Northcote community. Outside of work, they enjoy travelling, exploring New Zealand’s outdoors, hiking, cycling, and spending time with family, friends, and their Border Terrier, Hazel.
