With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across Wellington and Hawke’s Bay, including previous experience as a business owner, Nicky brings industry knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Since 2023, Nicky has worked alongside Hamish Kerr supporting clients and the advisory process, where she has seen firsthand the positive impact thoughtful risk advice can have on individuals and families. Building trusted relationships and making a genuine difference in people’s lives is what motivates her, and she enjoys taking the time to truly understand her clients’ needs.

Nicky is passionate about providing well-considered advice that ensures clients have the right level of cover in place while keeping solutions practical and affordable for their budget. She cares deeply about the industry and is committed to delivering advice that is tailored, transparent, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Outside of work, Nicky enjoys playing tennis, embracing the trials and tribulations of golf, and keeping up with her two adult daughters – a role she finds just as rewarding as her professional one.
