Sharn Sinclair
Authorised Financial Adviser - FSP1006614

I have spent a significant amount of time in the banking industry, working for three of the big four banks, in a variety of roles, with my last role focusing on home ownership.  One thing I have always been passionate about is listening to you as a client and making sure that I understand your financial position and goals so that I can provide solutions and make recommendations that will best help meet your needs.

Client relationships are the foundation of providing financial advice and as an adviser I am excited to be able to provide you with a wraparound service so that when you are making the biggest purchase, a home, I will also provide you with solutions to protect your greatest asset – your ability to earn an income.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Scott, our two children Lachie and Izzy and our Spoodle Finn.   I enjoy spending time with my friends, listening to a good podcast and binge watching a really good series.  I have recently bought a bike and my intention is to get out there and get pedaling.

So all of that being said, why should you use me for your Financial Advice?

  • Over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry with significant experience in residential home, investment property and construction lending. I have also worked in the business and commercial banking space.
  • Am a qualified Financial Adviser providing solutions for both lending and personal risk insurance, ie life, trauma, health, income and mortgage protection
  • I have access to a wide range of providers in both banking and insurance
  • I will be there for you should you need to make a claim, make any changes, and ensure that I review your needs to make sure your cover is fit for purpose
  • I will act as an intermediary between you and your provider and answer any questions you have around your insurance and/or your home lending.
  • Your home loan and/or risk protection is under the SHARE umbrella, and this means that you only need one adviser.
  • The biggest reason of all, is I believe being a Financial Adviser is about building strong client relationships and this is achieved by listening and understanding your needs and offering solutions and recommendations so that you can then make informed decisions.
